Licensing, Insurance & Safety

Before you hand a demolition or asbestos job to anyone, there are three things to check: licences, insurance, and how they actually work.

Our licences

Two licences, both issued by SafeWork NSW, the regulator for work health and safety in this state:

• Class A asbestos removal licence: AD212099. Class A is the top class. It covers friable asbestos removal (the crumbly, most dangerous kind) and bonded asbestos removal. (Class B covers bonded asbestos only; the Class A licence covers everything Class B does and more. We hold the Class A.)
• Demolition licence: AD203949. Covers full demolition work, from houses to commercial buildings, down to site level.

You can verify either licence with SafeWork NSW. The numbers are on this page. Anyone can check.

Our insurance

• Public and products liability: $20 million
• Asbestos removal liability: $10 million
• ABN: 57 094 998 544

How we work safely

This is simply how every job runs:

• Documented procedures for every job type, asbestos work included, written down, followed, and reviewed.
• Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for every job. The SWMS says what we're doing, how we're doing it safely, and what to do if something goes wrong. It's signed and on site before work starts.
• A licensed, trained crew. 30+ years in the trade, and the people on the site hold the licences and training the job requires.
• PPE and dust controls for asbestos work. Respirators, disposable coveralls, wet-down methods, containment, and decontamination before anyone leaves the site.
• Disposal to licensed facilities.
