What we demolish

• Houses and homesteads, full residential demolition, from weatherboard cottages to double-brick homes, down to site level.
• Farm and machinery sheds, corrugated iron, timber, steel frame; the whole shed gone, slab and all if you want it.
• Commercial and council buildings, shops, offices, and community buildings, demolished and cleared to a level site.
• Interior strip-outs, when only the shell's coming out, we strip the inside down, including contaminated materials.

Licence Information

Demolition is licensed work in NSW. Most rural buildings put up before the 1990s contain asbestos in some form: fibro walls, super-six roofing, pipe lagging. Pull a building down without knowing what's in it, and you may expose asbestos.

We hold both licences: the demolition licence (AD203949) and the Class A asbestos removal licence (AD212099), the top class, covering friable asbestos.

How Demolition is done

1. Site inspection and free quote. We look at the building, what's in it, and what's around it.
2. Site prep. We put up fencing to make sure the area is secured so unauthorised people do not enter a potentially hazardous area.
3. The demolition. Machine work for the bulk, manual work where it's needed, and where heritage or tight spaces call for it, we bring the building down by hand, safely.
4. Site cleanup and level. Rubble removed, the site cleaned down and left level.
